Paralegal

JOB DESCRIPTION

SNELLING is currently seeking a Paralegal for a stable and growing law firm in Tyler. Paralegal candidates must possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and work in a high volume, results driven, and fast-paced environment.

This Paralegal position could be either a temp-to-hire or direct hire, depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate. In either process, SNELLING works with you through the consideration and interview process.  If hired on a temp-to-hire basis, SNELLING will be your employer for a probationary period upon an offer being accepted.  In a direct hire, employment would be offered directly with our client.  The value you receive in working with SNELLING is that we consult with you to help highlight the qualifications that are going to be most valued by the client.
  
Qualifications to be considered for the Paralegal position include:

  • Experience with trial and appellate law, specifically criminal defense, is highly preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Excellent communication and analysis skills.
  • 2-3 years legal experience required.
  • Ability to work in team environment.
