SNELLING is seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, repair, and overall management of multiple facilities. This role includes supervising maintenance staff and contractors, managing budgets, coordinating projects, and ensuring all buildings, grounds, and equipment are kept safe, functional, and well-maintained.  Pay will depend on experience and be in the range of $22 to $25/hour. 
  
This Facilities Manager position will be temp-to-hire, meaning that SNELLING would work with you through the consideration and interview process and SNELLING would be your employer for a probationary period upon an offer being accepted.  Pay will depend on experience and be in the range of $20 to $24/hour.  Excellent, comprehensive benefits are available upon full-time hire.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians, grounds staff, and vendors
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
• Oversee budgets, approve expenditures, and manage cost control
• Coordinate contractors and facility improvement projects
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct regular inspections
• Manage inventory, work orders, and emergency response procedures

  
Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong leadership and facilities management experience
• Knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety standards
• Proficiency in budget management and maintenance software
• Valid Texas driver’s license required
• Facilities management certifications (FMP, CFM, IFMA) a plus
