SNELLING is currently seeking candidates for a local supplier and distributor whose customers are energy and industrial companies in the northeast Texas region.  This Order Puller/Warehouse General Labor position will pay $15-16/hr. to start with the possibility for increases in the future.  Delivery driving responsibilities in a non-CDL vehicle will be added upon hire with our client.  This company offers insurance benefits to their full-time employees.

This Order Puller/Warehouse General Labor position will be temp-to-hire, meaning that SNELLING would work with you through the consideration and interview process and SNELLING would be your employer for a probationary period upon an offer being accepted.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role that demonstrates an ability to accurately read and pull orders
• Must be able to consistently lift up to 60 lbs. while unloading and loading trucks Experience driving a box truck or heavy-duty truck with trailer is strongly preferred (non-CDL)
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and be able to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records check for insurance purposes
• Must have the ability to stand, walk, bend, stretch, climb, push, pull, and reach for long periods of time in a non-climate-controlled environment
