SNELLING is currently seeking an experienced Production Worker to join an established manufacturing company in Tyler. The Production Worker will perform a variety of tasks and will be scheduled to work as early as 7 a.m. Candidates must be flexible to work overtime.

This Production Worker position will be temporary, meaning that while SNELLING would work with you through the consideration and interview process and SNELLING would be your employer for a probationary period upon an offer being accepted.
 
Qualifications to be considered for the Production Worker position include:

• Two or more years of recent stable work history with one employer in a production role.
• Work history that demonstrates the ability to accurately weight and measure product according to written instructions
• Forklift operation experience preferred (2 years+)
• Ability to read and understand orders and shipping labels
• Ability to identify and correct mistakes
• Ability to understand and adhere to company policies and practices, especially when it pertains to safety, quality and attendance/punctuality
• Ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment
