JOB DESCRIPTION

SNELLING is working with a client in Tyler, TX to find candidates for several Fence Panel Assembler positions that will start work in late November. 

Pay: $15.00 per hour

About the Job:
We’re looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to join a local team that builds wooden fence panels. If you take pride in doing quality work and want a steady, full-time job you can count on, this could be a great fit. You’ll work with your hands every day, using a nail gun and other basic tools to assemble fence panels that are built to last.
  
What You’ll Do:

  • Assemble wooden fence panels using a nail gun and simple hand tools
  • Check your work to make sure each panel meets quality standards
  • Follow all safety rules and wear protective gear
  • Keep your work area clean and organized
  • Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

  
What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience with a nail gun or similar tools is helpful, but not required — we’ll train the right person
  • Good attention to detail and a strong focus on safety
  • Reliable and on time for every shift
  • Able to stand for most of the shift and lift materials as needed
  • Willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled environment with wide variations of temperature
  • Willing to work either 1st or 2nd shift (1st Shift: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. & 2nd Shift: 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.)
  • Steel toed boots are required.  Other PPE supplied by the client.
  • Ability to pass
