JOB DESCRIPTION

SNELLING is hiring an Administrative and Financial Assistant for a well-established company in Tyler, TX. This in-office position combines administrative responsibilities with light accounting duties. If you’re detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and experienced in administrative or accounting roles, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative support tasks across multiple departments
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Process paperwork and maintain records
  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and payroll functions
  • Draft and proofread correspondence and internal documents
  • Maintain a high level of customer service with clients and vendors

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Accounting Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong experience with billing, reconciliations, and general office tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); spreadsheet and database experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills—written and verbal
  • High attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision
  • Stable work history with professional references
