1st Shift Construction Superintendent

JOB DESCRIPTION

SNELLING is currently seeking candidates for a 1st Shift Construction Superintendent position in Tyler. The pay rate for this position is $18/HR. Schedule is Monday-Thursday and some Fridays.

This 1st Shift Construction Superintendent position will be temp-to-hire, meaning that SNELLING would work with you through the consideration and interview process and SNELLING would be your employer for a probationary period upon an offer being accepted.

The ideal candidate for the 1st Shift Construction Superintendent position will have experience in carpentry, framing, and/or construction of building material components such as floor or roof trusses as well as supervisory experience.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years construction experience in framing or similar position
  • Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
  • Must be able to read and interpret a tape measure
  • Must have the ability to stand, walk, bend, stretch, climb, push, pull, and reach for long periods of time
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus
