Order Puller

JOB DESCRIPTION

SNELLING is currently seeking an Order Puller to join an established local business. This Order Puller role has a Monday – Friday schedule and a starting pay rate of $11/HR.    

This Order Puller position will be temp-to-hire, meaning that while SNELLING would work with you through the consideration and interview process and SNELLING would be your employer for a probationary period upon an offer being accepted.

Qualifications to be considered for the Order Puller position include:

  • Two years of stable work history with order pulling experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stretch, climb, push, pull, and reach for long periods of time.
  • Ability to read and understand orders and shipping labels.
  • Ability to identify and correct mistakes.
  • Flexibility to work outside of the scheduled hours on occasion.
  • Ability to understand and adhere to company policies and practices.
  • Ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment.
